Moses Joshua is a cybersecurity professional who leads high-impact projects in mission-critical and sensitive environments, specialising in technical delivery and the implementation of cybersecurity strategies that strengthen institutional cyber capabilities.
He holds a Master’s degree in Cyber Security and Digital Forensics and a PGD in International Relations and Diplomacy, with experience advising governments, national authorities, regulators, critical infrastructure operators and organisations on cyber resilience, risk governance, regulatory alignment and operational capability development.
He has engaged stakeholders across over 10 countries, supporting the development and implementation of minimum national cybersecurity standards, national cyber risk assessments, cyber maturity benchmarking, cybersecurity operating model design, national cybersecurity strategy development, SOC, CERT/CSIRT establishment, capacity development training and regulatory assurance frameworks aligned with internationally recognised cybersecurity practices.
Beyond technical delivery, his work spans international development, strategic partnerships, operations management, community engagement, social entrepreneurship, project management, sustainable development and leadership.
With a deep commitment to preventing cybercrime, Moses advocates for youth-focused solutions through advocacy, empowerment and education initiatives.
He is also contributing to the development of Africa’s cyber talent pipeline by building human cybersecurity capabilities that can respond to the evolving digital landscape. Through innovative organisations and impact-driven projects, he works to enhance digital resilience and contribute to a safer, more responsible digital future.
